THACO participates in groundbreaking ceremonies for semi-boarding kitchens in Dak Lak and Dien Bien provinces
On October 12, Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong, General Director of THACO AUTO Daklak, represented THACO at the groundbreaking ceremony for a new semi-boarding kitchen at Hoa My Kindergarten in Ea Dar commune, Ea Kar district.
Hoa My Kindergarten, which currently has 8 classes and 220 students, including 49 from disadvantaged backgrounds and 148 from ethnic minorities, will benefit from the new semi-boarding kitchen. This facility will enable the school to better care for and educate the children, promoting their physical and mental development.
Earlier, on September 27, Mr. Luong Van Long, Director of the Dien Bien Branch of THACO AUTO Son La, represented THACO at the groundbreaking ceremony for a new semi-boarding kitchen at Tua Thang Kindergarten, organized by the Tua Chua District Red Cross Society in Dien Bien province.
The new kitchen at Tua Thang Kindergarten, spanning 50 square meters, is designed as a one-way kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, meeting food safety and hygiene standards. The project is expected to be completed by the end of November 2024, enhancing meal quality for the children.
Each semi-boarding kitchen project costs VND300 million. In near future, THACO will continue to work with the Vietnam Red Cross Society to build and renovate 12 semi-boarding and boarding kitchens for kindergartens and primary schools in Bac Kan, Dong Thap, Gia Lai, and Nghe An.
