During the conference, businesses discussed operational challenges and urged customs authorities to devise solutions for faster goods clearance, aiming to reduce process times, cut operating costs, and enhance efficiency. In response, Leaders from the Customs Department, the Border Checkpoint Economic Zone Management Board, and related agencies responded to business queries, provided legal procedure guidance, and introduced new regulations and policies for import-export goods and transit vehicles.

THILOGI, which regularly transports goods through Kon Tum and Gia Lai, averages nearly 600 shipments per month via the Bo Y and Le Thanh border gates, focusing on agricultural products, materials, livestock, animal feed, and mechanical equipment. The company seeks continued support from authorities to maximize its operational capacity and contribute to local socio-economic development.
