THACO continues Road to Olympia sponsorship in 8-year streak
In the grand finale of the 2024 Road to Olympia, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong presented the laurel wreath and a $50,000 prize to the final winner, Vo Quang Phu Duc.
On October 13, the 2024 Road to Olympia finals ended with a thrilling win by Vo Quang Phu Duc, a student from Quoc Học Hue High School for the Gifted. This victory marked Phu Duc as the third champion from Hue and set a new record for the school with seven appearances in the annual finals.
The 2024 Road to Olympia concluded with Nguyen Nguyen Phu from Hanoi National University of Education’s High School for the Gifted securing second place and a prize of VND200 million. Third place was jointly awarded to Tran Trung Kien from Le Hong Phong High School (Phu Yen) and Nguyen Quoc Nhat Minh from Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted (Gia Lai), each receiving VND100 million.
For the eighth consecutive year, THACO has partnered with the Road to Olympia program. Besides awarding scholarships for weekly, monthly, and quarterly competitions, THACO also provides scholarships to students facing hardships who demonstrate academic excellence in the provinces and cities of the first-place winners of each quarterly competition.
Through the program, THACO aims to foster comprehensive development for young Vietnamese talents, encouraging them to strive for new heights in their academic and personal achievements.
