THACO teams and individuals receive Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister
On August 30, Quang Nam Province honored its outstanding citizens for their achievements in 2024. The event also marked the launch of a competition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the province's Liberation Day (March 24, 1975).
The conference was attended by Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, the Alternate Party Member and Party Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Le Van Dung, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
In his address at the conference, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, the Provincial Party Secretary commended the outstanding individuals and organizations that had excelled in recent emulation movements. He highlighted the significant contributions of each participant, which had played a key role in supporting the socio-economic recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the Conference, 78 teams and 24 individuals were recognized for their outstanding contributions to emulation movements. They received prestigious awards, including the Labor Medal from the President, the Emulation Flag from the Government, and the Certificate of Merit from Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee.
THACO has three teams and six individuals being honored with the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for their exceptional contributions to production and business. These achievements have significantly supported the development of socialism and the defense of the Fatherland. The recognized teams include THACO AUTO, THACO INDUSTRIES, and THILOGI. The individuals honored are Mrs. Nguyen Thien My, the Permanent Vice Chairwoman of THACO AUTO, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao, the President of THACO AUTO, Mr. Do Minh Tam, the President of THACO INDUSTRIES, Mr. Tran Bao Son, the President of THACO AGRI, Mr. Bui Minh Truc, the President of THILOGI, and Mr. Thai Duy Hung, the Former Advisor to THACO Chairman.
Over the last two decades, THACO has been committed to playing a key role in driving socio-economic growth of Quang Nam Province. By creating thousands of jobs and contributing substantially to the local budget, THACO has made a lasting impact on the region. The Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit serves as a powerful inspiration for THACO's Board of Directors and staff to continue their pursuit of excellence, with the goal of transforming THACO Chu Lai into a major industrial, urban, and service hub in central Vietnam.
