The 2024 Vietnam Workers and Employees Football Tournament has seen intense competition across four regions. Following qualifying rounds in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Nghe An, and Bac Ninh, the top 16 teams will compete for the national title in Hanoi this November.

In the conclusion to the Ho Chi Minh City leg of the tournament, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union won the final match, securing the spot in the national finals. Close behind were Dong Thap Trade Union in second, followed by Ben Tre Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union.
