THILOGI promotes IT application in logistics activities
THILOGI drives logistics innovation by leveraging information technology to enhance operational capacity, optimize the service chain, and achieve a smart delivery and transportation model.
THILOGI is utilizing a suite of specialized software, including Port logistics terminal operating system (PL-TOS), Customs exchange systems (PL-CEM, ECUS), Warehouse management system (SWM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Supply Chain Management software to facilitate seamless operations regarding port, warehouse, yard operations and information exchange with shipping lines and throughout the supply chain. Additionally, THILOGI leverages Freight Forwarding Management software (F.A.S.T Pro) to ensure tight control over orders, revenue, and forwarding costs, and minimize errors. The company also uses software to support its road transport, including agricultural transport management (STM), fuel management system (FMS).
THILOGI is set to apply the system-wide implementation of A-WMS (Auto-Warehouse Management System) by the end of July 2024. This innovative software eliminates manual reporting through mobile applications, enabling real-time monitoring and control of vehicle inspections. Additionally, A-WMS provides comprehensive historical data on finished products within the warehouse system. By integrating GPS data, THILOGI can also track vehicle location throughout the warehouse and during transport.
THILOGI plans to integrate a suite of cutting-edge software solutions for their newly acquired equipment, including: Electronic seaport (E-Port), Delivery progress (Portal tracking), Transportation management system (TMS) for finished cars and spare parts, and barcode-based parts logistics control (PLC) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in spare parts storage and management.
