THACO honors over 460 employee children in Study Well - Live Well award 2024
In August, THACO honored and rewarded over 460 students who are employee children of THACO and Sub-holdings and met the criteria of its 'Study well - Live well' award in 2024.
The ceremony to honor children of employees for 'Study well - Live well' took place at various THACO units, including THACO AUTO (192 children), THACO INDUSTRIES (130 children), THILOGI (51 children), THADICO (46 children), THACO AGRI (32 children), THISO (8 children), THACO College (3 children), and THACO Chu Lai Office (1 child). Among these outstanding children, 32 were recognized by the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation. They exemplify the spirit of perseverance, consistently striving for academic excellence, respect to family, and active involvement in youth organizations.
Vu Bui Xuan Ngan, daughter of Bui Thi Bich Xuan from THACO AUTO Gia Lai HR Department shared: “I am touched and proud to receive this award. I extend my gratitude to my parents for their support. This recognition is a powerful motivation source for me to continue striving for academic excellence.”
As part of the program, THACO Chu Lai companies and units provided opportunities for the children to tour the factory system with modern production lines, sparking their interest and guiding their career aspirations.
Pham Van Viet Khuong, son of Pham Van Luu, a staff from Security Department of Chu Lai Investment Company excitedly said: “This is my first time to see large-scale automobile production lines, and it has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges my dad faces in his work. I will work harder in my study and become a valuable contributor to society.”
The 'Study well - Live well' program is an annual initiative implemented by THACO Culture Department in collaboration with the THACO Trade Union since 2001. After 23 years, the company has not only demonstrated its commitment to the younger generation but has also contributed to motivating them to strive for academic excellence.
