THACO strengthens cooperation in training and recruitment in South Central Coast region
On May 18, in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, THACO and THACO College had a working session with Nha Trang University (NTU) to discuss ways to strengthen their collaboration in training programs and expand recruitment efforts for graduating students from the South Central Coast of Vietnam.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Le Minh Chau, THACO HR Vice Director, Mr. Phan Tiem, Principal of THACO College, Dr. Quach Hoai Nam, Vice Principal of NTU, leaders of its faculties and 18 Lao students studying at the school.
During the meeting, the parties explored future collaboration opportunities, including internship and practical programs for students, development of short-term training courses, tailored training programs aligned with THACO's business needs, and scholarship programs for domestic students and international students from Laos.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Le Minh Chau, THACO's HR Vice Director emphasized the company's commitment to creating opportunities for Nha Trang University students, particularly those from Laos, to gain practical experience and potential employment at the HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex. Additionally, NTU representatives expressed their willingness to send experts and scientists to collaborate on research projects in agriculture and freshwater fish farming according to the specific needs and interests of THACO AGRI.
On this occasion, THACO donated four car engines and additional equipment to the university. The equipment will provide students with access to modern technology, enabling them to develop practical skills and contribute to the implementation of scientific research projects, fostering the development of high-quality human resources within the local community.
