Seeking to offer new and attractive contents for staff at THACO and Sub-holdings, THACO Department of Corporate Culture and Communication launches the THACO Podcast which aims to provide interesting stories and perspectives, or useful information on different topics and convey the message to build a convenient and civil workplace at THACO and Sub-holdings.

Each episode lasts around 10 minutes and is broadcast every two Fridays. In each episode, the host and the guests will speak about topics belonging to two categories as follows:

  • THACO: stories on governance, strategy, operation orientation, culture, learning and development, events, or news at THACO and Sub-holdings.
  • Social issues: things that are happening in the society related to production and business operations at THACO and Sub-holdings, labor-related information, or working skills, e.g. communication, teamwork, problem-solving, etc.

Beside the main contents, the podcast will be giving news from the market as well as the internal activities at THACO.

THACO Podcast will be posted on YouTube channel with English subtitles, which can be listened online or offline. Employees can access My THACO website or application to listen to the first episode on this Friday (June 23).
