THACO organizes nearly 2,500 training courses for employees
Recognizing the importance of a skilled workforce for future growth, THACO prioritizes employee training and skill development initiatives. By year's end, the corporation aims to conduct nearly 2,500 training courses for personnel across the entire organization.
THACO and its Sub-holdings are paying attention to human resources development through their ongoing "Consolidating and Upgrading Management" program. This program prioritizes fostering a work environment that encourages continuous learning, improvement, and practical application of skills. Training initiatives take center stage, aiming to cultivate a dynamic, creative, and highly skilled industrial workforce equipped with strong leadership capabilities.
In the first 4 months of 2024, they delivered over 700 training sessions to more than 9,700 employees. These sessions were conducted through internal programs, THACO College, and collaborations with leading institutions, ensuring programs are tailored to the specific needs of each department.
Improving management capabilities for staff at THACO Headquarters
At THACO headquarters, the Corporate Function departments serve as advisors to THACO and its Sub-holdings' leadership, while also providing consulting, support, supervision, and training, ensuring the smooth operation of the six Sub-holdings by fostering complementary and integrated practices. To fulfill the roles, personnel in these departments undergo extensive training in strategy, system governance, leadership development, and emerging trends.
Being a member in the training course "Strategy and System Governance at THACO and Sub-holdings" instructed by THACO President Pham Van Tai, Mr. Ho Cong Thoai from THACO HR Department shared: "This training session has been valuable. It provided a unique opportunity to learn from THACO's senior leadership and gain a deeper understanding of the Group's operations. The experience has significantly enhanced my knowledge, and I feel prepared to tackle new challenges with confidence.”
Also participating in the training course, Ms. Tran Phuong Khue from THACO AUTO Information Technology Department shared her impressions of the human resource management at THACO. “This training provided insights into THACO's mission, vision, organizational structure, and future direction. This comprehensive understanding has equipped me to create a personalized development plan aligned with the Group's goals and to enhance my ability to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring task completion," she said.
Training aligns with the Sub-holding's specific industry
Each Sub-holding develops programs aligned with their specific industry and aligns with the Group's overall philosophy, culture, and management methods. This year, Sub-holdings offered 729 training topics, including project management, market research and analysis skills, integrated software applications, and strategic planning and management. These courses attracted nearly 9,500 employee participants.
Ms. Ngo Thuy Hong Lien from THACO AUTO Customer Care Department said: "The professional customer care training course has enhanced my knowledge and skills in the sales process. I am now better equipped to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring a positive and fulfilling shopping experience for every visitor at THACO AUTO."
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Bong, working at Emart Sala Processed Food Counter shared: "Emart, featuring innovative business management and control software, has streamlined our operations. Through comprehensive training, we've mastered utilizing this technology from raw material ordering and checks to inventory management and sales tracking, enhancing our work productivity."

Over 1,700 training courses are planned for employees at THACO and Sub-holdings by year's end. This comprehensive program features diverse content, a variety of training formats, and instruction from a team of professionals. Through this initiative, THACO empowers each employee to cultivate their skills, foster a positive and enthusiastic work ethic, and build a long-lasting connection with the Group.
