Quang Nam's Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Deputy Director, Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy lauded the recent achievements of the Laos labor program. He emphasized the importance of strengthening outreach efforts, particularly in mountainous districts with ethnic minority communities. Quang Nam's Employment Service Center will maintain its collaboration with THACO College and District People's Committees, focusing on organizing job exchanges that prioritize quality worker placement, efficiency, and practicality, establishing a communication channel with workers who have experience in Laos to gather valuable insights and understand their needs, and providing them with support and encouragement whenever necessary. Throughout 2024, district Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will leverage their expertise and assigned goals to provide targeted, clear, and effective implementation plans to district People's Committee leaders. Meanwhile, THACO College will proactively forecast the number and types of jobs to be filled each quarter to collaborate effectively with the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Together, they can direct and support educational institutions in the province to align their programs with THACO AGRI's recruitment needs.
