Courses catering to each profession

THACO AUTO is committed to providing its employees with opportunities for professional development. In addition to domestic training programs, employees have access to international training courses designed specifically for their professions. One example is the Initial Certification Training (ICT) program, which is taught by BMW experts to distributors worldwide and offers specialized content for each profession and subject.

ICT Marketing Manager Certification Program at BMW Asia Training Center (March 20 - June 28)

From March 20 to June 28, three leaders and potential employees from THACO AUTO's Head Office and BMW HCMC branch participated in the ICT Marketing Manager Certification Training program at the BMW Asia Training Center in Malaysia.

The training program covered a wide range of topics to equip employees with marketing knowledge and skills, including marketing campaign planning and implementation, customer relationship management software, customer acquisition and retention strategies, the used car market, after-sales policies, online marketing, and developing the skills necessary to sell high-end luxury cars – the GKL.

As part of the training plan of THACO AUTO and BMW Asia, three Deputy Managers of BMW Service Workshops from provincial companies participated in the Certification Training for BMW ICT Workshop Managers Certification 2024 phase 2. The training took place from August 19 to 22 at the BMW Asia Training Center in Malaysia.

The training program provided trainees with a comprehensive understanding of the BMW Group and the management of its service workshops. Participants learnt about the role and responsibilities of a workshop manager, developed their leadership and management skills, and gained insights into the organization and control of workshop operations based on a functional layout. Ultimately, the goal was to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of workshop operations.

Learn for real, do for real

THACO AUTO's training programs prioritize practical learning and hands-on experience. The goal is to help trainees develop their skills, build confidence, and apply what they learn in real-world situations.

To enhance the staff's expertise in BMW and MINI products, THACO AUTO sent two employees to the Brand and Product Training program (Product train the trainer 2024) at the BMW Training Center in Germany. The training took place from June 25 to 28.

In addition to classroom learning, students at THACO AUTO have the opportunity to gain practical experience by driving BMW cars. The Center organized a test drive of the BMW X3 All-New and 1 Series All New+, allowing students to experience firsthand the performance and features of these vehicles. The curriculum also included other prominent BMW models, such as the BMW 3 Series LCI, M3 LCI, 4 Series LCI, M5 All-New, 1 Series, and 2 Series, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the advanced technology in each model.

Looking ahead, THACO AUTO will continue to deploy internal training activities, send its employees to participate in global standard training programs. This initiative demonstrates THACO AUTO's pioneering role in people development, strengthening the Group's resources for sustainable development.
