Under the guidance of two trainers being Mr Roseli Hashim - Kia Passenger Car Service Director & Mr Tran Van Bon - Kia car spare part service Vice Director (Northern Passenger Car Company), the program has introduced the students to the roles of Service Directors, 10-step service procedures, and service marketing, etc. In addition to theory, the participants discussed and presented in groups, and exchanged the essential skills to handle the situations in actual workplace.
