Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics delegation visits THACO Chu Lai
On July 8, a delegation from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, led by Associate Professor Dr. Mai Duc Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Council of the Academy of Journalism and Communications, paid a visit to THACO Industrial Park in Chu Lai. They were welcomed by THACO AUTO President Nguyen Quang Bao.
This visit focused on understanding how THACO puts Ho Chi Minh's ideology into practice during industrialization, modernization, and corporate culture building. The goal is to gain insights that will help them develop academic research projects for the State-level Science Program.
On behalf of THACO's leadership, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao outlined the company's history, its areas of operation, and its commitment to social responsibility. Since its founding over 27 years ago, THACO has become a model private enterprise with a strong Party and union presence. This structure supports business activities and ensures adherence to government policies. The company prioritizes employee well-being, fostering both professional growth and personal satisfaction. THACO's dedication extends beyond its core business, with investments in key sectors of the Vietnamese economy and active participation in social programs.
Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Mai Duc Ngoc shared: THACO takes the pioneering role in Vietnam's industrialization and modernization efforts, significantly impacting the nation's economic and social development. He expressed interest in learning about THACO's multi-industry ecosystem in Chu Lai, which focuses on green, smart, and sustainable practices. He was also eager to gain insights into THACO's management style, communication strategies, and particularly, its corporate culture development. Additionally, he sought to explore potential collaboration between THACO and the Academy of Journalism and Communication which could provide their students with valuable internship and research opportunities within THACO's operations.
On this occasion, the delegation visited automobile and mechanical manufacturing factories, as well as the Chu Lai Port.
