At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Mot, THACO Communication Director talked about Code of Conduct compliance to enhance THACO's brand recognition as per the motto "Each employee is a THACO brand ambassador." The THACO leader introduced THACO's code of conduct including Respect - Honesty - Responsibility - Dedication - Friendliness, in which he stressed the concept of responsibility:

“We need to uphold the collectivism as it is very important. In the world's civilization, the nomads have a high collective spirit, so they have created high-value products from such spirit. One of the creations is the car, a product comprised of 18,000 details that no individual can create on his own without his teams. We come from a manufacturing business, so the collective spirit must be our weapon.”

After the code of conduct speech, THACO President Pham Van Tai added, “Without an empowering corporate culture, we cannot go far. Culture is the behavior of each individual, and to look beyond, it should align with the company vision. In addition, the young generations here should learn new things to contribute based on the foundation of THACO's core cultural values.”

The THACO President also expects to see more efforts in skill mastery at the headquarters so as to effectively advise and support the sub-holdings, meanwhile, completing their own KPIs.

Flag Salute is a monthly activity at THACO which aims to update employees with the company's latest production and business activities as well as the orientation and vision of the Sub-holdings. The activity is also a bridge between leaders and employees which enables new employees to meet leaders and a manifestation of nationalism of Vietnamese people.
