In the past week, VP Sofic has begun to install and use a full-body disinfection chamber for all employees and visitors before entering the office, strengthening Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control activities throughout the system.
The system uses a multi-purpose disinfectant solution (HClO) created from an electrolysis machine according to Japan's OSG advanced technology, applying single-cell electrolysis technology, creating products without unpleasant chlorine odors. . The solution is slightly acidic to neutral, with a controlled concentration in the standard range of 10~80 ppm, helping to achieve high disinfection performance without affecting health and the environment.
The equipment equipped in the chamber includes a curtain wall with tempered glass, lights, infrared sensor, PE curtain door, post-electrolyte solution tank, nebulizer. In particular, the nebulizer uses ultrasonic technology to create smoke from HClO solution to kill microorganisms in the air and gaps; At the same time, the machine can create humidity up to 90% in the sterilization chamber in just 15 seconds, ensuring the sterilization chamber coverage reaches 100% of the surface area.
Currently, at VP Sofic, there are two types of disinfection chambers: vertical disinfection chamber and continuous disinfection chamber. The type of standing chamber for 1 person/time when the user traffic is low to save solution, is arranged at the entrance of the building. On the contrary, for a large number of users, to avoid causing congestion, use a continuous disinfection chamber, up to 3 people / turn, which is being arranged in the parking lot in basement B2.
The full-body disinfection chamber is considered a positive reinforcement measure to contribute to THACO's Covid-19 prevention and control efforts in the new normal period, contributing to increasing peace of mind for employees and customers, and while still ensuring the health of users.
