THACO AGRI promotes human resource training to serve development strategies
To support its development strategy, THACO AGRI is investing in employee training to build a stronger workforce for future growth.
THACO AGRI is offering a series of technical training programs in collaboration with THACO College. These courses, starting in March and April 2024, cover various aspects of industrial agriculture, including industrialized banana growing, cattle and poultry raising techniques, and veterinary medicine for animal husbandry at complexes and companies.
The training programs kicked off in March with a beginner-level Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine class for 37 employees at Hoang Anh Dak Lak on March 7. On the following day, an intermediate version of the same course was offered to 30 employees at Trung Nguyen Livestock Company (Ia Puch Complex). Finally, on March 10, Koun Mom Complex in Cambodia hosted a beginner-level Cultivation Class (focusing on banana planting techniques) for 73 banana farm leaders.
THACO College Principal and Deputy Director of Training for THACO AGRI, Mr. Phan Tiem, joined complex directors and technical department leaders for the opening ceremonies. The training program equips participants with the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and on-the-job experience needed to excel within THACO AGRI's production system.
