From a business that initially traded and repaired second-hand buses and trucks in Dong Nai province, THACO has now transformed into a multi-industry corporation with 6 Sub-holdings operating in Vietnam's key business fields.

The corporation fosters a loyal workforce of more than 60,000, with over 18,000 employees exceeding 3 years of service and nearly 10,000 surpassing 5 years.
