On July 25, THACO held a training session on "Adversity Quotient (AQ) and 9 Secrets to Success" for 74 personnel from its corporate function departments and Sub-holdings’. The training was conducted by THACO President Pham Van Tai.

The nine key components of success highlighted in the training are: patience, intelligence, integrity, moral compass, innovative leadership, people skills, win-win mindset, and personal growth.

Participants were also introduced to the AQ Index, learned how to measure and understand their AQ, explored methods for enhancing personal and organizational AQ, and completed an AQ assessment.

At the training, THACO President Pham Van Tai emphasized: “Success is a journey that demands persistent effort and attention to detail. Enhancing AQ and mastering the 9 secrets to success not only empowers us to overcome challenges but also positively impacts our surroundings, contributing to collective growth.”

The THACO President also encouraged employees to cultivate a daily reading habit by highlighting how continuous learning broadens perspectives and enhances problem-solving skills.

For Ms. Tran Thi Huynh Nhu from THACO HR Department, the training session provided her with a wealth of useful information, enabling her to develop and refine her mindset. “Knowledge about AQ empowers me to transform challenges into opportunities, learn from setbacks, and maintain self-belief,” she said.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy from THADICO Accounting - Finance Department shared: “In addition to expanding my knowledge, the training session provided the opportunity to learn from the experiences of THACO President Pham Van Tai. The ability to overcome challenges would cultivate my flexibility, adaptability, and patience, innovation, and effective problem-solving in my day-to-day role.”

“The training session proved to be really useful to me, offering practical applications. It has reminded me to reassess my abilities, urging me to identify skill gaps and develop them accordingly to meet the Group's direction,” said Mr. Nguyen Nho Tinh from THISO HR Department.
