Over 15,000 female employees at THACO join Vietnamese Women’s Day celebration
From October 15 to 20, the THACO leadership and union, in collaboration with various units, celebrated Vietnamese Women's Day for over 15,000 female employees across the system.
In Ho Chi Minh City, 320 female employees from THACO, THACO AUTO, THACO INDUSTRIES, THADICO, THISO, and THILOGI enjoyed activities including traditional crafts (folding grasshoppers, toy figurines), quiz games, ring toss, and lucky draws.

The "Office Fashion" contest was a standout event, with 15 contestants from various units showcasing stylish and professional office attire, embodying THACO's cultural and workplace values.
Pham Thuy Linh from THACO Marketing Department, the second prize winner in the lucky draw, praised the event, "Today's activities were diverse and interesting. The program provided us with relaxing moments after work and increased the bond among female colleagues from different departments and units."
Dang Thuy Ngoc Ha from Sala Shophouse Operations Management Department commended the event's organization, "The program was very thoughtfully and professionally organized. It was also an opportunity for us to affirm women’s role in family and work. I hope there will be more special occasions like this for employees to interact, share experiences, and together contribute more to THACO."
At Hanoi office, 64 female employees from THACO, THACO AUTO, and THADICO celebrated Vietnamese Women's Day in elegant ao dai. They enjoyed games like "Colors of Vietnam," "The Price is Right," and lucky draws. Dang Thuy Nhung, an architectural design specialist at THADICO, praised the event for its meaningful impact and motivational boost, "The Vietnamese Women's Day celebration is a really meaningful activity, reflecting the corporation's care for female employees, motivating us to try our best to achieve the shared goals."
From October 15 to 18, THACO Chu Lai office, THACO AUTO Production Division, THACO INDUSTRIES, and THILOGI joined the vibrant Vietnamese Women's Day celebrations with activities like a THACO quiz, recycled fashion contest, flower arranging, and a photo contest, creating joyful and memorable experiences for female employees.
The THACO AUTO Production Division also hosted a volleyball tournament featuring over 60 female employees from four teams: Production Division, Truck & Bus, THACO KIA, and THACO Mazda. The event promoted physical fitness, connection, and solidarity among participants.
At THACO AGRI, nearly 1,600 female employees from various offices and farms, including the Koun Mom Complex in Cambodia and HAGL AGRICO in Laos, engaged in cultural exchanges, discussions on Vietnamese Women's Day traditions, and fun games like blindfolded duck catching and lemon passing.
Phan Thi Trang, an administrative specialist at Ea H'Leo Cattle Farm, expressed her excitement: "Participating in THACO AGRI's October 20 program for the first time was enlightening. The activities were engaging, and the discussion on Vietnamese Women's Day traditions deepened my understanding of women's roles in society."
At THACO AUTO's provincial branches, female employees enjoyed a series of engaging activities, including traditional games, lucky draws, and quizzes, creating a joyful and meaningful atmosphere.
