THACO organizes professional training for drivers
Last Saturday, THACO Administration Department organized a special driving skill training session for 41 drivers at THACO and Sub-holdings working in Ho Chi Minh City. The training aimed to provide basic knowledge about drivers' proper communication styles and codes of conduct, hence improving the image of THACO drivers.
Delivering his remarks at the training session, THACO President Pham Van Tai emphasized the importance of good communication of drivers, principles and standards in communicating with customers, how to plan driving schedules, and making regular maintenance to avoid car breakdowns on the trips.
During the training session, drivers were taught on THACO culture, code of conduct, customer service practices, driving manners, latest regulations and procedures in company car operation, procedures to complete forms to register car inspection, insurance, etc.
The session ended on a good note. The drivers actively participated in exchanging ideas, discussing and sharing their cases during vehicle operation, thereby helping others learn to better handle future problems, ensuring work safety and efficiency.
