A 2023 THACO AUTO customer satisfaction survey showed strong positive feedback, with a majority of participants expressing satisfaction and high regard for service quality and after-sales support. Notably, Mazda Quang Nam, Mazda Vinh, and Mazda My Dinh stood out, achieving the top 3 customer satisfaction scores in the final six months of the year.
