On 20 April 2016, Committee on Science, Technology and Environment from the National Assembly led by Mr. Phan Xuan Dung - Party Central Committee member, Standing Committee member, and Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment from the National Assembly visited and worked in Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex. On 22 April 2016, at New World Hotel (76 Le Lai, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC), Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) held its Shareholders' General Meeting 2016. The meeting reported 2015 production and business results and 2016 business plan. Accordingly, the Meeting passed the 2016 business plan with a total sales of 112,336 vehicles, total revenue being 71,735 billion VND and national budget contribution 20,018 billion VND.
