"Food Hygiene and Safety Training" program is held in the southern branch

The program aims aimed to equip students with the knowledge of food hygiene and safety according to Circular No. 47/2014 of the Ministry of Health; one-way kitchen work, sampling and inspection team receiving work; cost management, menu development and kitchen appliances arrangement.

At the end of the program, the participants received certificates in food hygiene and safety training issued by Food Safety and Hygiene Office - HCMC Health Department.
