In order to improve the skills and professionalism of recruitments, training, and using the interview tools to acquire the candidates' information, on 6 August 2016, at the Training Department of Truong Hai Northern Specialized Machinery Company, the Northern Branch's Human Resource & Training Department worked with Head Office's Human Resource Department to organize the program "Recruitment interview skills" for 40 employees being human resource employees at the head office and northern branch. The participants and the trainer together shared their experience how to raise and solve issues related to recruitment at the units for the best effectiveness.

On 5 August 2016, KIA Thai Nguyen Showroom organized to hand over 5 KIA Sedona cars to Hoa Mai Private Enterprise based in Group 1, Tan Lap Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province. These are the first 5 cars in the 30-KIA-Sedona contract between Hoa Mai and KIA Thai Nguyen Showroom.
