Attending the meeting were Mr Phan Viet Cuong - Member of Central Party Committee - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Mr Le Quoc Phong, alternate member of Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Youth Central Committee's Executive Committee, Chairman of Vietnam Student Association, and nearly 150 delegates from Central and provincial Committees of Vietnam Youth Union.
