In the occasion of Lunar New Year, KIA offers big incentives for consumers
In particular, KIA Sedona has the highest incentive to 127 million VND, followed by KIA Sorento with 74 million VND, KIA Cerato with 58 million VND, Quoris 78 million VND, and KIA Optima 29 million VND. This program will be applied according to each car version, model, and region.
Apart from this special promotion, KIA also introduces the new KIA Rondo with vigorous changes in design, smart utilities, and operational features along with the starting price at 654 million VND and the incentive of 17 million VND to bring more choices to customers for their new car in the New Year.
At the end of 2016, KIA has splendid sales of nearly 33,000 vehicles, which show the impressive growth by 70% compared to 2015. Particularly, in December 2016, KIA sales rose to 3,588 cars, 60% higher than last year. This is the 5th consecutive month in which KIA achieves such sales in 2016. As a result, KIA ranks the second place in the best-selling passenger car brands in 2016.
The best-selling KIA models in Vietnam during 2016 are Morning, Rio, K3, New Sorento, and Sportage. In particular, Morning is the best-selling model with 14,541 cars sold. This achievement takes Morning to the leading position in Segment A and the best-selling compact car in Vietnam. At the second place is KIA Cerato with 4,890 cars. The following are Sorento with 2,566 cars; Rondo with 1,933 cars, and KIA Sedona with 1,759 cars.
Regarding exported cars, the 2016 sales reach 4,206 cars, up 340% compared to 2015. Especially, KIA Rio is the best seller among those, selling 3,900 cars, 500% higher than 2015.
