On July 24, a delegation headed by Mr. Cheng Heang, Director of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training, Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia, conducted a visit to THACO AGRI’s Snuol Complex.

During the meeting, the delegation listened to an overview of THACO AGRI’s large-scale agricultural projects at the complex. Discussions focused on the company’s need for both unskilled and skilled workers, as well as relevant employment policies. Additionally, the two parties explored opportunities for joint worker recruitment efforts within the Kampong Cham Province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Cheng Heang highly appreciated THACO AGRI’s investments at Snuol. He said: “We are impressed by the complex’s strong emphasis on employee well-being and a positive work environment. Our primary goal is to provide students with hands-on work experience. We are eager to work closely with you in promoting job opportunities to residents of Kampong Cham province and creating internship opportunities for students at the complex.”

During the visit, the delegation went to the BP1B Banana Factory, the employee housing area, and the Cattle Breeding Enterprise.
