Over 1,300 THADICO employees participate in occupational safety and health training
With the aim of improving knowledge and skills, THADICO organized comprehensive occupational safety and health (OSH) training for more than 1,300 leaders, managers, and specialists within THADICO and its affiliated companies from July 26 to August 14.
The OSH training course was delivered by Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai, a lecturer from the Safety Solutions Consulting and Training Inspection Company (ITCS). After this bi-annual, system-wide initiative, THADICO offers participants OSH certificates to recognize their acquired occupational safety and health knowledge.
The training covered OSH policies, laws, and enterprise-level implementation. Participants learned about workplace hazards, especially equipment operation safety, risk management, construction safety, and first aid. Practical exercises were also given to complement the theoretical knowledge.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong, a Deputy Manager of Showroom Management Department, THADICO Project Management Board shared: “The OSH training enhanced my understanding of accident prevention, enabling me to contribute to a safer and more efficient work environment.”
As a construction safety manager and supervisor, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Loc, Chief Engineer, Zone III’s School Management Board, Sala Real Estate Management Services Company said: “The training provided comprehensive updates on construction, electricity, and mechanics industry standards, regulations, and laws. I gained proficiency in risk assessment and can now develop effective safety measures and first aid protocols.”

I believe that safety is a collaborative effort, requiring commitment from both the company and its employees to foster a positive and convenient work environment,” Mr. Hoang Van Duong, Deputy Manager of Strategy - Planning & System Governance shared.
Through the training, employees gained a comprehensive understanding of occupational safety and health, enhancing awareness and adherence to regulations, creating a safer workplace for all.
