Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union and Intellectual Women's Association visit THACO

On June 2, the delegation visited to send their gratitude towards THACO for its sponsorship for "Excellent female students in hardship" and its financial support to the female members and disadvantaged women in Vientiane capital and Champasak province in Laos.

On behalf of the company, Mr. Nguyen Mot, the THACO Corporate Culture and Communication Director welcomed the delegation, introduced the firm's history, its current business and internal activities. During the past 25 years, besides the production and business activities, THACO has been showing its responsibility to the community and society. To date, the company has supported and accompanied hundreds of meaningful programs, exhibiting strong philanthropist spirit of "a sustainable multi-industry corporation which contributes to the national development in both social and economic aspects."

In the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Hoa, the Vice President of HCM City Women's Union expressed thanks and appreciation towards THACO's practical contributions to the communities and the union itself over the past time. She also expressed her impression with THACO's scale, its engagement in the national key business sectors and hoped the firm would continue its sustainable development and continued CSR activities.
