Recently, THACO AUTO held its 2025 Technical Skills Competition in Khanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh City, with over 50 electric chassis technicians from Kia, Mazda, and Peugeot participating.

2025 Technical Skills Competition

The competition is held annually to find and develop skilled technicians at showrooms and service workshops in the THACO AUTO system. It also creates a platform for technicians to exchange and learn from each other. This helps improve repair service quality and deliver the best experience for customers.

THACO AUTO Ho Chi Minh City honors outstanding individuals at the competition

This year, the competition had two parts: a 40-50 multiple choice theory test, and solving electric motor panel problems on vehicles. Contestants who scored high on the theory test moved on to the practical test to select the top 3 from each brand.

Winning first place in the competition, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia, a technician at Peugeot Truong Chinh service center, shared: "This is a valuable opportunity for me to meet colleagues, improve my skills, and enhance my professional knowledge, so I can serve customers better."

Sharing the same view, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, a technician at Kia Nha Trang service center, who also won the first place, added: "The competition helped me practice my skills, strengthen my professional knowledge, and learn from colleagues' experience. This award motivates me to continue improving my skills and do my job better."
