From March 14-15, THACO HR Department organized the "Orientation for new employees" for 57 employees working at THACO Ho Chi Minh City Office. This is a mandatory training program to help new employees quickly integrate into the new work environment and begin their roles effectively.

During the session, Mr. Nguyen Mot, THACO Corporate Culture and Communication Senior Director delivered THACO's rich history and development trajectory; vision, mission, and strategic direction. Mr. Mot also introduced the company's core values, the guiding principles: Dedication - Honesty - Intelligence - Confidence - Respect - Commitment - Thoughtfulness - Convenience.

According to the Communication Director, THACO prioritizes comprehensive management practices in 2024, with a particular emphasis on human resource development, including enhancing employee skillsets, fostering expertise while seeking qualified personnel. These individuals will embody the core values of humanity, dedication, honesty, dynamism, creativity, and discipline. By doing so, THACO aims to establish a civil and convenient work environment that fosters positive relationships between leaders and employees, as well as amongst colleagues.

The new employees also received a presentation from Mr. Nguyen Le Minh Chau, the THACO HR Vice Director. Mr. Chau covered human resource policies, compensation and benefits; administrative regulations; and 5S practices. He also addressed any questions from the new employees.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Duc from THISO Communications Department shared: "After listening to THACO's history and development, I was inspired by the leadership's vision and expectations outlined by the Board of Directors for new employees. This has significantly increased my motivation to excel in completing my assigned tasks."

The training program equipped new employees with a thorough understanding of the Group, its regulations, and policies. This knowledge facilitates a smooth integration into the work environment and fostering their personal development, empowering new members to contribute meaningfully to the company's overall success.
