THACO supports students in Central Vietnam
In April 2025, THACO strengthened its commitment to education by participating in the Danang University of Science and Technology (DUT) Job Fair 2025 and presenting gifts to Quang Nam students who excelled in national academic competitions.

Held from April 18 to 19, DUT Job Fair 2025 marked THACO’s eighth consecutive year as the main sponsor. The event attracted over 5,000 students and nearly 40 companies, offering more than 7,200 job opportunities, 60 exhibition booths, and 13 specialized seminars on career development and digital technology.
At THACO’s booth, students explored its business lines, learned about the company’s employment benefits, received career guidance, and participated in job interviews for positions at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Bui Tran Nhan Tri, THACO Chu Lai Vice President, emphasized, “Amidst the digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence revolution, a student’s career journey is not just about securing a job but affirming their value and embracing new development trends. The theme of this year at DUT Job Fair, ‘Launching Your Career in the New Era,’ aligns with THACO’s vision—we are committed to creating opportunities for the younger generation to thrive.”

As a job applicant, final-year Mechanical Engineering student Nguyen Khoa Phuong shared his admiration, “I am totally impressed with THACO’s scale and development strategy, particularly in mechanical engineering and supporting industries. This fits well with my chosen major,” he said.
As a strategic partner of DUT, THACO values the school’s role in training and developing high-quality technical talent. In 2025, the corporation plans to recruit over 26,000 new employees, bringing its total workforce to more than 77,000, with a strong focus on modern technology, engineering, and industrial production.

On April 17 in Quang Nam, the province’s Department of Education and Training hosted an awards ceremony to honor outstanding students who excelled in the national academic competition for the 2024–2025 school year. Mr. Doan Dat Ninh, THACO AUTO Production Vice President, attended the event and presented gifts to the students.

During the past academic year, Quang Nam’s high school national academic team secured 70 awards, including two first prizes, 12 second prizes, 28 third prizes, and 28 consolation prizes. Notably, four exceptional students were selected by the Ministry of Education and Training to participate in the International Olympic team selection exam in 2025.

Since 2021, THACO AUTO has consistently supported Quang Nam’s education efforts in recognizing outstanding students. Over the past five years, the company has contributed more than 400 million VND, fostering talent development in the province.

Through ongoing partnerships with schools and local authorities, THACO continues to affirm its role as a corporate leader in education, actively contributing to the growth of high-quality young talent in Central Vietnam.
