On January 23, THACO held a conference to launch its 2025 business and management plans, aiming to review the 2024 achievements and set new goals, strategies, and management improvements for 2025.

The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh, THACO Standing Vice Chairman, Mr. Pham Van Tai, THACO President, leaders of six Sub-holdings, leaders and potential personnel from THACO's corporate function departments, and leaders and potential personnel from departments of Sub-holdings at the headquarters.

In his opening speech, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized the importance of this conference in implementing the business plan in 2025 and towards 2027. The goal is to build THACO and Sub-holdings into efficient operations, enhancing their competitiveness in the global market. THACO and Sub-holdings need to identify, implement business and management plans consistently, operate effectively, and execute seriously to meet larger goals. He also stressed the necessity to define strategic differences, strengthen management capabilities, and propel the corporation towards a "digital industry" model in the future.

According to Chairman Tran Ba Duong, 2025 is also a foundational year in the journey to implement its 5-year plan (2023-2027), with the goal of completing the management model of a large-scale multi-industry industrial group by 2027, along with a comprehensive management foundation and successful digital transformation.

In the new phase, THACO and Sub-holdings will focus on digital transformation plans with the ERP system as the core foundation, implemented across THACO. Digital transformation of business processes is considered a key task for the departments, aiming for comprehensive management on a digital platform.

Additionally, human resource development is identified as a key factor. THACO will focus on training, coaching, and rejuvenating the workforce, combining experienced experts with dynamic young staff to meet new requirements. Chairman Tran Ba Duong also shared practical examples of the agricultural workforce to implement large-scale, integrated circular production models, enhancing productivity and quality, along with achievements in other fields of THACO.

He also emphasized industrial philosophy, highlighting discipline, quality, and creativity to create real value. 2025 is a pivotal year, marking the beginning of comprehensive management upgrades and workforce development, laying a solid foundation for long-term goals until 2027 and beyond.
