On August 25, Da Nang City People's Committee organized a conference on "Temporary and Dilapidated Houses Elimination" for the 2023-2025 period. Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Chairman of the City People's Committee, and Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Chairman of the City People's Committee chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet emphasized: The "Temporary and Dilapidated Houses Elimination” Campaign has demonstrated the determination and efforts of the government and communities, contributing to improving living standards and sustainable poverty reduction. He also acknowledged the contributions of departments, branches, localities, and the sponsorship of individuals, organizations, and businesses, including THACO.

Since 2023, THACO has donated 15 billion VND to build 250 houses for poor families in Da Nang City, wanting to give them better conditions to settle down and make their living.

With these practical contributions, THACO was honored with a certificate of merit from the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee in the Vietnam’s Temporary and Dilapidated Houses Elimination Campaign 2025.
