On Feb. 11, at Thiskyhall Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) held the 5th meeting of its 7th Executive Committee with THACO as the sponsorship.

Attending the meeting were Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen, Chairman of HCM City People's Committee Phan Van Mai, leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau City, Long An, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai provinces and representative businesses in Vietnam in 2022.

The conference wrapped up 2022 results and discussed the 2023 plans which focused on making continuous innovations and improving the quality and effectiveness of the organization, contributing to push the national economic and social development.

At the event, the representatives of the provinces and businesses discussed VCCI's key activities in 2023 which take businesses as the focal point to accompany them through the storms in this year. On this occasion, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong shared some thoughts on developing industrial production, building sustainable businesses to increase competitiveness and global integration in southern key economic zone.

This was the first time the VCCI's Executive meeting has been held in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam's largest economic center. At the end of the conference, its Chairman Pham Tan Cong sent his gratitude towards THACO for its thoughtful coordination and sponsorship.
