In 2024, THACO AUTO was once again recognized by Kia Corporation with "Sales Customer Satisfaction Global Excellence" award, ranking first globally among 33 countries in Kia’s 2024 Sales Customer Satisfaction (KSCS) survey. This marks the third consecutive year THACO AUTO has been honored in this category, affirming the quality of service and dedication it provides to its customers.

THACO AUTO receives Kia’s Sales Customer Satisfaction Excellence award 3 years in a row

The KSCS survey measures customer satisfaction during the Kia vehicle purchase process compared to other automotive brands in the same market. The program has been conducted annually in international markets since 2004 through a third-party partner selected by Kia Corporation. This helps Kia dealerships worldwide assess their strengths and weaknesses to improve sales service quality, maintain customer satisfaction, and increase customer loyalty.

Commenting on the award, Mr. Nguyen Le Hoa, a representative of Kia Vietnam, said: "We are very honored to receive the 2024 KSCS Award. This is also a testament to THACO AUTO's commitment to dedication, professionalism, and continuous efforts by the sales team and dealerships to enhance customer experience across its retail system."

Aligned with Kia’s strategy, since 2021, THACO AUTO has also expanded and comprehensively upgraded the THACO Kia plant, with a capacity of 70,000 vehicles per year, applying the latest technology towards automation and digital management, providing products of equivalent quality to Kia vehicles produced in South Korea and exporting cars to Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and Myanmar.

Additionally, THACO AUTO has adopted Kia’s new identity across all dealership systems, offering new generation products of high quality. In 2022, Kia Vietnam marked its success with sales reaching 60,729 vehicles, an increase of 15,197 vehicles (33%) compared to 2021. Along with this growth, Kia Corporation highly appreciated THACO AUTO's efforts in improving customer satisfaction for Vietnamese customers, from the vehicle purchase process to after-sales activities. Furthermore, THACO AUTO was honored with KSCS Improvement Excellence Award. Following this success, in 2023, surpassing all distributors in the Asia-Pacific region, THACO AUTO continued to receive the "KSCS Regional Excellence" award.
