On 1 and 2 December, Dong Nai Emulation Council organized the Culture - Arts - Sports Exchange towards the 40th anniversary of its Emulation Department (1976 - 2016). In the evening of 3 December 2016, in Vinh City, Nghe An province, Nghe An Folk Song Theatre organized the arts performance on the 2nd anniversary of UNESCO recognition of Nghe An vi, giam folk songs as the human's Intangible Cultural Heritage. The ceremony had the participation of Mr Vuong Dinh Hue - Member of Ministry of Politics, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of Central Party's Executive Committee, Nghe An Party Secretary and the provincial leaders.
