Impressive Sports Festival 2025 at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park

On September 21, the "Connecting Strength - Connecting Success" THACO Chu Lai Sports Festival 2025 concluded after over a month of competition, leaving behind unforgettable memories.

Two sports - men's and women's football and volleyball - took place excitingly, gathering nearly 200 players from 4 teams: THACO AUTO Production and Business Division, THACO INDUSTRIES, THILOGI and THACO Chu Lai Alliance.

Finally, THACO INDUSTRIES won championships in all 4 categories: men's football, women's football, men's volleyball and women's soft volleyball. With excellent scoring ability and impressive play, its athletes were honored as Top Scorer, Best Goalkeeper, Football Queen, Best Player, Best Setter, and Volleyball Queen.

Winning Top Scorer in men's football, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tri (THACO INDUSTRIES) shared: "I won this title thanks to the team’s good coordination and accurate passes from teammates. Thanks to team spirit and thorough preparation, we have won the championship."

THACO Chu Lai Half Marathon 2025: Impressive - Exciting - Inspiring

Besides team sports, the THACO Chu Lai Half Marathon 2025 themed "Steady Steps Forward" became the highlight. Held on September 20 and 21, the race gathered over 3,000 runners in 5km, 10km and 21km distances, plus over 500 employees' children competing in 1.2km distance for age under 10.

Mr. Ngo Viet Hung, an Administrative Team Leader at THACO Bus Plant, excitedly shared: "My family of 4 including myself, my wife and children joined the race. We wanted to run and make beautiful memories together. I see this a good opportunity to share my passion and spread sports spirit to people around me."

On roads at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, strong steps in harmony with the cheerful cries created an exciting atmosphere. Runners, covered in sweats, tried their best to touch the finish line, meanwhile encouraging others to keep going. When the race ended, 70 best runners were awarded for their highest scores in each distance.

Tran Phuoc Tri, son of Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen (THACO College) won second place in the kid category, sharing: "Not only could I run with my parents, but I also explored big, modern factories. I even received gifts and meet many new friends. I hope to join again next year for better results."

Strong running steps, dramatic matches and team spirit have made up the dynamic sports picture. These activities not only encourage health training but also a testimony of unity, affirming THACO's cultural identity.

I was especially impressed with the green, clean, and beautiful running route, which brought positive energy and many new experiences."
