Nearly 500 employees from THACO and Sub-holdings participate in KPI Management training
On August 17, THACO conducted a KPI Management training session for approximately 500 employees. Participants included leaders from core management departments, KPI specialists from THACO and Sub-holdings, and faculty from THACO College.
The training took place at the THACO Headquarters and was simultaneously streamed online to participants from THACO AUTO Production Division, THACO INDUSTRIES, THACO AGRI’s Head Office in Gia Lai, corporations and complexes, and THACO College.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Pham Van Tai, the THACO President underscored the critical role of KPI management in ensuring the company's long-term success. He shared: “THACO is undergoing a significant transformation to become the leading multi-industry corporation in ASEAN. Implementing KPI effectively will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives and gaining a competitive edge.”
The training was conducted by Mr. Doan Ngoc Ha, CEO of Viet Human Resources Training Consulting Corporation. The curriculum covered an introduction to KPI, guidelines for KPI management implementation, and a Q&A session.
Mr. Tran Nhat Bao Anh from THADICO Finance Department shared: “The training was highly practical and beneficial, providing me with a clearer understanding of KPI metrics. This knowledge empowers me to proactively manage and refine KPIs in my daily work, while also assisting colleagues in developing effective evaluation standards. I am confident that these insights will not only enhance my individual performance but also inspire my team to achieve our shared objectives more efficiently.”

This knowledge empowers them to apply KPIs directly to their work, aligning actions with goals and plans, enhancing operational and business efficiency, driving overall growth for THACO.
