“Donating blood isn't just about giving, but also receiving joy”
"Donating blood isn't just about giving," Ms. Nguyen Thanh Kieu, Team Leader at THISO Cleaning Service, explained. "It's the joy of knowing you're bringing hope for life and timely treatment to someone in need."
THACO's Ho Chi Minh City office held its Blood Donation 2024 on May 7 in collaboration with the Thu Duc City Red Cross. Over 200 employees participated, resulting in 280 blood donations.

Whenever THACO organizes a drive, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Kieu, a THISO Cleaning Service Team Leader, arranges her work to participate. "Eight donations down, and the feeling never gets old. Knowing my blood has been transfused to someone in need, helping them get healthy again, truly touches my heart," she confided.
Ms. Nong Truc Linh from THACO AUTO HR Department is excited about her first-ever donation
Participating in blood donation for the first time at THACO, Ms. Nong Truc Linh from THACO AUTO Human Resources Department felt both nervous and happy: "Knowing my blood donation could help someone in need makes me incredibly happy. I'm always ready to participate when I'm eligible, and I truly hope this message inspires others to join the cause."
Like Ms. Linh, Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh from THADICO Commercial Real Estate Concept Design Department always wants to contribute to social activities. He shared: "The powerful message "Every drop of blood given - A life saved" has always resonated with me. It's what initially inspired me to become a blood donor."
Blood donation is quick and convenient for employees.
Streamlining the donation process, this year's program allows Ho Chi Minh City office employees to pre-register online at giotmauvang.org.vn. Once at the donation site, a simple check-in using a provided code provides them with a pre-filled registration form, saving valuable time.
Mr. Le Ngoc Anh of THACO AUTO's Mazda Sales Department was impressed by the program's well-organized and professional execution this year. “Thanks to pre-registration, the blood donation process was much easier and quicker. Additionally, the gesture of providing electrolyte water by the Organizing Committee helped me feel re-energized and ready to get back to work," he shared.
Spreading the message: "One donation, countless lives saved", THACO's Blood Donation 2024 runs April to December, aiming to collect over 2,000 donations. The program fosters a spirit of solidarity and social responsibility, connecting employees with those in need and building a more humane community.
