The appraisal was implemented on the basis of criteria including working attitude, leadership and management skills, profession ability, and job efficiency. There were 3,410 out of 3,840 employees who are qualified for the appraisal in the region.

The appraisal aims to check and adjust the organizational structure to be appropriate with the operation orientation in 2016; transfer and appoint employees and orient their development; determine the demand of HR training in the period 2016-2018; appraise their job efficiency in 2015 and assign the target in 2016. In addition, this is also the foundation for rewards and salary raise.
