Training programs at the Complex
The Automotive Knowledge training class led by Dr Nguyen Xuan Thien - Vice Principal of Chu Lai - Truong Hai Vocational College had the participation of students being bachelors and engineers of the factories. At the training course, trainees were provided with basic knowledge about the auto industry and auto products, including: overview of the auto industry; Classification of THACO auto products; General structure of the autos; Functional systems on autos; Main products of supporting industries in Chu Lai - Truong Hai Complex. This is the basic and necessary knowledge to help students improve their understanding of automotive products and technologies so that they can apply such in the work process.
Also during this time, the Complex organized the pedagogical class for 27 internal teachers. The class was directly taught by Master Phan Tiem - Principal of Chu Lai - Truong Hai Vocational College. The core contents of the training course were: class plan instructions; Lecture preparation; teaching methods and techniques, and body language of the instructors. The curriculum combines theory and practice to help the faculty members master the knowledge they have learned so that they can applied them well in later teaching.
