Training of Lean Management at Chu Lai Complex
Lean management is the management method that concentrates on retaining or increasing turnover sustainably by cutting wasteful cost by tools such as 5S, Kaizen, visual management, Jidoka, TPM etc. This advanced management method has being successfully applied in many countries such as Singapore, China, Japan, the U.S., and Europe etc.
At THACO, Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh studied the actual manufacture activities at the Complex with its own problem and shortcomings to build an appropriate and efficient training program for THACO. At the program, participants were provided with knowledge and skills of lean management method and the best preparation to build manual for their units.
