During the training, the students were provided vital skills, such as: survey and analyze customers' psychology to offer suitable suggestions, customer persuasion, dealing with complaints and team work, conflict solutions. The participants also were asked to apply the learnt skills into practical situations in their works.

The course helped the students in aiming at applying these learnt skills into reality to obtain the best satisfaction and service experience from customers. In the end, the students did the online test and would receive certificates from KIA Motors.
