Training for Commercial Vehicle Sales Team Leaders in Southern Branch
With the method of lectures and group discussions, through the training, the students understood the roles, functions and duties, and development orientation of the sales team leader position; simultaneously were provided with knowledge of target setting, planning and team operation management, knowledge of spare parts and Marketing Services for Commercial vehicles.
After the training, the sales team leaders will apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work to gain effectiveness in team management, thus increasing sales for the teams and units.
