THISO launches 2025 Investment, Business, and Management Plan conference
In 2024, THISO successfully achieved its strategic goals, expanded its business investments, and refined its operational and management model across three levels, from the THISO Head Office to its subsidiaries.
On January 21, THISO held a conference to launch its 2025 investment, business, and management plans, reviewing the achievements of 2024 and setting new goals and management plans for the upcoming year.
The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, Ms. Tran Vien Ngoc Oanh, THISO Vice President, and leaders from various management departments, along with employees from THISO and its subsidiaries.

2024 marked the second year in THISO's new development phase, in which it aims to become a leading Commerce and Service Group in Vietnam, providing comprehensive customer experiences in line with modern trends. Embracing a growth mindset, a focus on upgrading management, and persistence in strategic goals, THISO achieved remarkable results, with total revenue reaching 5,784 billion VND.

Highlights included the successful launch of phase 2 of the Thiso Truong Chinh – Phan Huy Ich shopping center, the introduction of new restaurant and café models under THISO's own brands such as Café Lounge at Thiskyhall Sala, Besoverse Cosmic Cafe, and Hong Kong Red Junk restaurant at Thiso Sala, and the launch of the Thiso Rewards app, which significantly enhanced THISO's comprehensive shopping, dining, and entertainment complex ecosystem.
In his directive speech at the conference, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, emphasized the need for THISO to continuously upgrade and refine its management model, applying it creatively and flexibly according to market. He also stressed the importance of optimizing operational costs to provide the best benefits at reasonable prices for customers. Additionally, he highlighted that "Human resources are one of the core factors for a company's success. Leaders must always focus on developing potential personnel and training the next generation of managers to contribute to the overall development of THISO and THACO."
In 2025, THISO will continue to implement its strategy, promote digital transformation, and refine management practices, expanding its business according to the "One Destination – Multiple Utilities, Services" model both domestically and internationally.

On this occasion, THISO honored and rewarded 10 outstanding individuals and 6 excellent teams for their achievements in 2024, encouraging and motivating employees to complete their tasks well in the new year.
