The class aimed to equip the participants with the basic content of Monozukuri - a Japanese well-known manufacture philosophy, to provide ideas in establishing the spirit of manufacture, systems and standard criteria to create good products, help employees improve their working attitudes and mindset to accomplish the management competence improvement project.

In the class, the attendees have learnt the following: Definition of Monozukuri - products and product making; Monozukuri elements including establishment of creative manufacture spirit, constant innovation, professional manufacture system, emphasis on human's working skills more than others; structure and content of TPS system applied in Vietnam enterprises with 2 fundamental criteria Just in time and Jidoka (smart automation); tools to establish standard work instruction, etc. Also, the employees were introduced to Kaizen philosophy and implementation; goods transport and warehouse management, etc. This is one of the requirements included in the Management Competence and Performance Improvement Project of THACO and the Complex.

Previously, on 8 November 2016, the Complex HR Department collaborated with Professionalism Development Center of Chu Lai - Truong Hai Vocational College to host the level 1 auto knowledge class for 66 employees from plants and units. From the beginning of 2016, the Complex has opened 7 such classes for 200 participants.
