Teaching the classes, Mr Pham Van Tai - THACO's permanent deputy director has introduced the participants to the concepts, viewpoints, and mindsets of leadership; 5 leadership levels in the research of expert John C. Maxwell (author of 102 books in leadership), success keys for self and organization development. Through the training, the students were provided with basic knowledge of the essence and abilities of a true leader, thereby applying this into actual work to increase their leadership competence and contribute to the development of the company and their own ability.
