THADICO organizes 2025 Investment, Construction, and Management Plan Conference

On January 20, at the Sales Gallery Hall in Thu Duc City, THADICO held its conference to outline 2025 investment, construction, and management plans. The event aimed to set forth business strategies, objectives, plans, and management directions for 2025.

The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh, THACO Standing Vice Chairman, Mr. Pham Van Tai, THACO President, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue, THADICO President, along with leaders from THACO's Departments and THADICO's leadership and staff.

Year 2025 is considered an important year, marking the completion of the government's five-year socio-economic development plan (2021-2025). It is also the third year of THADICO's five-year development strategy (2023-2027). Facing new opportunities and challenges, THADICO continues to focus on enhancing and upgrading management practices, striving to achieve the set business and production goals.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue, the THADICO President, outlined THADICO’s 2025-2027 system strategy and management, business plans, and its management objectives in 2025.

In his directive speech, Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, emphasized: "2025 marks the beginning of a new phase for THADICO, with advantages and challenges side by side. To achieve set goals, THADICO must focus on five key tasks: enhancing market research in investment and construction to resolve legal issues and expedite key projects; building the THADICO brand through high-quality projects; focusing on design work to enhance functionality in harmony with architecture, meeting long-term usage needs; proposing multi-step management methods with progressive, comprehensive, and specific thinking; and building a workforce characterized by industrial traits, discipline, technical skills, creativity, honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of commitment."

On this occasion, THADICO honored four individuals and five teams for their outstanding performance in 2024 at Chu Lai, and three individuals and one team at the Ho Chi Minh City office, encouraging all staff to strive to complete their tasks in the new year.
